Our crew premium pay is at an average of 24% across all fleets, providing the airline with minimum crewing cost while ensuring seamless operations. In comparison to our competing operators in the region, our premium is 40% more efficient across all operating fleet with 5-10% lower premium pay cost for every route. By using accessible, timely and quality information, we tactically manage our resources and daily operations in order to make correct business decisions. With specific reference to LATAM, labour cost constituted 18.8% of the operating cost in 2018. Latin Airways however, operates at 14% of total operating cost due to our efficient premium configuration. This ultimately drives our profit margin significantly as an airline.
