Our fleet planning and resources team plans our fleet for the most efficient operation. The aircraft will be assigned onto the different route according to the flight distance and seasonal factors including market demand forecast, historical data record and news related to the destination.

To ensure that our fleet depreciates at an average rate, we take weather condition into our consideration when planning the fleet route. The same type of aircraft will be assigned to a route where the dynamic change in weather conditions may cause more wear and tear to our aircraft, and will then subsequently rotate throughout the week. Furthermore, we sure that all aircrafts will be maintained regularly to meet the safety standard and requirement.
